Network operators seemed to be more reliant and using Managed Services more frequent from one manufacturer in which the network is multi-vendor network.
If you are the on-site engineer do you have a loyalty to the customer or your employer?
For the above reason would it be better for the operators to use 3rd party company for Managed Services or create own independent department?
